Shipping policy

How much is shipping

Standard shipping is $15 anywhere in Australia. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

Express shipping is $25. On orders of $300 or more, express drops to $15.

You choose standard or express at the checkout.

When will my order arrive

We post orders within two days. Allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery within Australia. Most east coast orders arrive in 3 to 4 business days.

If anything is delayed, we will email you.

How do you send it

Orders are sent with Australia Post. Occasionally we use a courier instead, and we will let you know if we do.

Can I order online and collect in store

Yes. Choose Pick up at the checkout and select the shop that suits you. Collection is free.

We will email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Bring your order confirmation when you come in. The shops available for collection are listed at the checkout.

Do you ship overseas

Not at the moment. We ship within Australia only.
