Where are your store locations?

Soho Bay has four physical store locations. You
can find us at Bulimba, Caloundra, Coolangatta and Redcliffe. Click here for specific store details.We also have a thriving online store that
offers the same delightful shopping experience as our physical locations.

What are your store trading hours?

Our store hours vary depending on location.Click here for specific store details. Hours may differ for Public Holidays or special events. Of course you can shop any time online.

What brands do you stock at Soho Bay?

At Soho Bay, we offer a curated selection of
products from a variety of renowned brands, both local and international. We
design and have exclusive collections manufactured just for us. Additionally,
we stock a diverse range of brands from other suppliers, including some of our
favorites: Just Fred, Elm, Inis, Firelilee, Soruka, Dreamfarm, Rubyyaya, Elume,
and Pilbeam Living, just to name a few! This ensures that we bring you the best
in fashion, home decor, and unique finds.

Are the product images true to color?

We make every effort to ensure that the colours of our garments and other products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website. However, please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions. Each product description includes detailed information
about the colour to help you make an informed decision. If you have any

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer both physical and digital gift cards
at Soho Bay. If you're unsure what to buy or shopping for someone who is hard to please, a Soho Bay Gift Card is the perfect solution. Gift cards can be
purchased online or in-store and can be used for any Soho Bay product, making
them an ideal gift for any occasion!

Do you offer interior design advice?

Our expert team can help you transform your

Ordering Online

How will I know if you have received my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.. We will process the order when payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately amendments or cancellations are not possible. All online orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind, subject to the Returns Policy & Procedure. 

How do I use a discount code?

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. There is provision to enter a discount code at checkout

Can I place an order online and collect it in store?

While there is no pick-up option to select at checkout, you can
avoid shipping charges by entering the code `{store_location}pickup` in the discount-code
field at checkout. For example, enter `bulimbapickup` for collection from our
Bulimba store, `redcliffepickup` for Redcliffe, `coolangattapickup` for
Coolangatta, and `caloundrapickup` for Caloundra. This will remove any shipping
fees and enable you to complete your purchase. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm the store location and advise you when your order will be available for collection.

Is stock always available?

Products displayed on the website are available for purchase unless otherwise stated. Whilst we will endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, there may be occasional glitches . Your item may be sold out in which case we will issue a full refund if your order cannot be fulfilled. This will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

How do I know what size to buy?

We get it! You love the look of a particular item but you are not sure if it will fit. Soho Bay sources its clothes from a variety of manufacturers, suppliers and designers.  Whilst we endeavour to accurately
provide sizing information there may be some variances.  Refer to our
sizing guideline charts here.This is not the definite sizing of a particular garment but is the sizing we use as a general reference point.When possible, individual product
descriptions will include additional details about any size variations.  Feel
free to contact us if you have any sizing queries.

What if I bought the wrong size?

At Soho Bay, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We appreciate it's not always easy buying online and we understand that you may need to return or exchange items.  We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a
tracking number link via email. You can use this tracking number link to track
your order.Otherwise you can reach out
to our customer service team at online@sohobay.com.au.

Do you offer Australia wide shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping across Australia. Shipping costs are capped at $15 for standard
delivery and delivery times vary based on the destination. You can find more details about our shipping options at our Shipping Policy page.

How does Soho Bay deliver my order?

Your order will typically be shipped via Australia Post. Occasionally and in special circumstances we may use a different courier service.  In those cases we
will communicate any changes to ensure we get your order to you without any glitches. 

What is the cost of shipping?

We don't add postage into the price of our products so that we can then appear to
offer 'Free postage', this ultimately costs you more. Instead we offer great prices
up front - and charge you an Australia wide flat shipping rate of $15.  As an incentive to purchase more of our great value products we subsidise the shipping cost for orders above $150.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, as a reward for being a great customer we can offer free shipping when your order value exceeds $150. Otherwise,
shipping costs are capped at $15 for standard delivery and delivery times vary based on

Do you offer shipping for furniture items?

The short answer is no.  If you purchase online you will notice that furniture items and some larger décor items are only available for store pick-up.  We can on occasion arrange for local delivery.  Please check with the staff in-store or our customer service team at the time of considering your
purchase.  Shipping outside of our local areas, is to be arranged by the customer unless prior arrangement have been made.

Can I purchase items online and pick them up in-store?
