Owner and founder, Vicki, has been in the home wares and fashion industry for over 20 years. Soho Bay evolved from Vicki’s background in manufacturing, import and wholesale of fashion, furniture and home wares. Seeking some work flexibility whilst raising a family, she commenced her own direct selling business in 2001. With a combination of growth, opportunity, some risk and a lot of luck she is now proud to operate 4 retail stores with the Soho Bay team. Vicki has developed a vast network of manufacturers and suppliers enabling Soho Bay to present a diverse range of fashion, décor, furnishings and gifts with unique designs and signature styles. You will often see Vicki with phone in hand, tirelessly coordinating operations and ensuring the smooth running of Soho Bay as she visits each store, ensuring that every detail aligns with her vision of providing exceptional shopping experiences.
